STRUCTURE

• RCC Frame structure.

JOINERIES

• Main entrance door – paneled teakwood /flush door with teak wood frame or good quality imported door.  Doors will have handle, heavy duty brass hinges, stopper and magic eye. Internal door will be commercial flush shutters on salwood frame with cylindrical locks.
• Windows – Heavy duty UPVC glazed windows with sliding panels. Frames will be manufactured out of 2/3 track UPVC profiles.

FLOORING

• Marble / Premium fully vitrified tiles for Living and Dining, Vitrified tiles for bedrooms, Ceramic tiles for kitchen and balcony.

BATHROOM

• Flooring – Anti skid ceramic tiles, 7’ high dado with combination of highlighter.
• White sanitary ware (Hindware or equivalent)
• Jaquar / Crab tree CP fittings.
• Granite counter top with wash basin in Master bedroom toilet.
• Concealed plumbing with GI / PVC pipes.
• Hot & Cold water plumbing arrangements in all toilets.
• One wash basin in each toilet.

KITCHEN

• Granite cooking platform with Stainless Steel sink with drain board.
• Glazed tiles cladding 2’ above the cooking platform.

ELECTRICAL

• Concealed copper wiring for 3 phase power supply.
• Adequate electrical points with Legrand / Crab tree or equivalent switches.
• Generator back up to the maximum of 500 watts.
• Intercom facility.

TELEPHONE & T.V POINTS

• Concealed telephone & dish antenna points in living and master bedroom.

PAINTING

• Putty finish for walls with emulsion paint and enamel paint for grill and joinery.
